Chairman NIger Delta Basin Devt. Authority, Chief Bosin Congratulates, Mrs Stella Okotete On Her Birthday
The Chairman Niger Delta Basin Development Authority, Chief Ebikeme Bosin has congratulated, Mrs Stella Okotete on her Birth Anniversary.
In his congratulatory message, Chief Ebikeme Bosin described Mrs Stella Okotete as a political icon who has impacted positively in many lives.
He stressed that Mrs Stella Okotete has done elegantly well in life and in service to humanity.
Chief Bosin while wishing her wished a Happy Birthday Celebration, prayed God that her new age will bring about more wisdom on how to continue in her good strides as a leader, and her service to the people of Delta Central and Delta State in general.
