Kano State Police Command has banned all forms of street protests across the state.
This is coming on the heels of an intelligence report at the disposal of the police.
According to AIT, the Commissioner of Police, CP Usaini Gumel made this known while briefing newsmen at the Police Headquarters in Bompai.
CP Gumel says this is coming as a result of a planned protest by the All Progressives Congress, APC and the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP to pre-empt the judgement of the Election Tribunal.
