The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos State South-West Nigeria has dismissed the Appeal filed by the APC candidate Ekpoto Emmanuel Ekpoto and affirmed the election of Hon. Chief Thomas Ereyitomi JP as the duly elected member Representing Warri Federal Constituency.
