The Chairmanship hopeful of Warri South Local Government Area in the 2024 Local Government Council election, Amb. Dr. Toyin Agbolaya JP has congratulated the Delta State Honourable Commissioner for Youth Development, Comrade Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro on the occasion of his born Day Tuesday November 14, 2023.
