Registration for 2024 Delta State Football League Now Open
The Delta State Football Association (DFA) has officially announced the commencement of registration for the 2024 Delta State Football League which began Friday May 17, 2024.
Football clubs across the state can register until the closing date, June 10, 2024.
Interested clubs are required to pay a registration fee of N50,000. (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) Payments should be made to the Delta State Football Association’s Zenith Bank Account No. 1012902429. Clubs must send their payment receipts to the DFA Secretariat for confirmation.
DFA Media release indicates that the collection and return of league licenses will take place from June 10 to June 24, 2024.
DFA has further emphasized that there will be no extensions beyond the announced dates.
Secretary of the DFA, Ogosi Azuka, has urged all clubs to complete their registrations promptly to ensure participation in the upcoming league season.

The Delta State Football Association has also released the timeline for the upcoming local council elections. The sale and nomination of forms will take place from May 21 to June 3, 2024. The local council elections will be held from June 10 to June 28, 2024.
