.**Appeals To Critical Stakeholders To Respect The Decision Of The Party

SAPELE: One of the leading aspirants in the just concluded chairmanship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Sapele Local Government Area, of Delta State, Hon. Evangelist Jehoiakim Ayomanor, has canvassed Support for Hon. Bright Abeke, as the party’s flagbearer in the forthcoming local government election in the state, remarking that the decision of the party must be respected.

The Reverend Evangelist who spoke to some selected newsmen in Sapele, also appealed to other aspirants and critical stakeholders to join in the support for the party’s candidate in the interest of the party and the general wellbeing of the Sapele local government area.

He maintained that just like the counsel from the leaders of the party to the aspirants, all the people that participated in the race are eminently qualified but like in every contest only one winner will emerged, adding that all power no matter how it comes belongs to God.

While praying to God to give the elders, leaders and critical stakeholders the grace and the wisdom to manage the peace and stability of the party before the general election to the local government areas, he thanked the governor of the state His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for his giant development stride since becoming the governor of the state.

He congratulate the governor for the massive harvest of projects across the state in just one year after assuming office, nothing that the government has already fulfilled his campaign promise to the people of Delta State.

The youthful politician also thanked the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Major General Felix Mujakperuo (rtd), Orhue 1, and the spiritual leader of Okpe Kingdom His Eminence Archbishop Iboyi Godday, for their strong support for His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, before, during and after the last governorship election that brought His Excellency to power.
