Why Emma Chinye Anchors On Good Governance In His G.A.I.N.S Blueprint To Advance Aniocha North
The man Hon. Emma Bazim Chinye is not a neophyte in politics, neither is he a kindergarten in governance. A man who was a Commissioner for Culture and Tourism – a terrain largely populated with diverse human ideas and perspectives.
He was also a two term Chairman of Delta State Waste Management Board, an office that demands hygienic and clinical approach to human and environmental challenges of cleanliness.
In all of these areas he was appointed to serve, he did very well and that equally got him the endorsement to step down to the grassroots to change the narrative of governance at that level of government (the third tier of government).
He has among his five critical areas of focus in his programme of leadership, spotted *Good Governance* as his first angle of attack.
Without casting aspersions on previous administrators of the Local Government that did their best in their own capacities, Hon. Emma Chinye is coming in with finesse and class that will make all the difference.
Based on his congnate experience in grassroots leadership, Hon. Emma Chinye as Chairman will anchor his administration on knowledge and technology driven government that will impact greatly on the citizenry.
Let’s do it with him – Vote him in and expect immense and effectual attention to *Good Governance* for the benefit of the majority of Aniocha Northerners.
