Armed robbers forced students to transfer funds to them at Western Delta University hostel
Armed robbers have invaded the male and female hostel of the Western Delta University, Oghara, Delta State, forcing students to logout their passwords and transfer funds to their accounts.
The suspected criminals allegedly entered the students hostel at Oghara in the wee hours of Tuesday night stealing their weavons, laptops, handsets with serious brutality on their victims.
The armed robbers were said to have carried dangerous weapons, firing gunshots and ceasing the uniforms of the university security warders wearing it to perpetuate their heinous act.
