DTSG Awards over 19 Billion Naira Contract to tackle floods, others in Warri- Okowa

*As PDP takes campaign to Warri, Uvwie, with appeal to voters to vote out APC, poverty

 

Delta State Government has awarded contract worth over 19.Billion Naira to tackle floods across Warri South and its environs which according the state government are ongoing.

This was made known Thursday December 22, 2022 in Warri during the PDP LGA mega campaign rally in Warri City Stadium by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa who is also the PDP Vice Presidential Candidate for 2023 election, he assured the people that the Warri City Stadium will have a facelift soon as the contract is already awarded and the project ongoing.

Governor Okowa noted that as the drainage projects are ongoing in Warri and its environs the maintenance and renovation of Warri city stadium will be completed within his tenure as all is set for its completion .

The PDP Vice Presidential candidate to Atiku Abubakar urged voters to use their PVC to vote out APC whose campaign promises have failed , according to him APC has brought poverty to Nigerians and should be kicked out with the peoples vote in 2023.

Dr. Okowa praised the people of Warri and its environs for the steadfast believe and support to the PDP and his administration, he charged electorates in Warri South and Uvwie LGAs to come out enmasse to vote all PDP candidates from Presidency , Governorship, Senate, House of Representatives and House of Assembly, he assured them of the MORE development agenda in the state by Rt. Sheriff Oborevwori as Governor as well as the rescue mission of the PDP Presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku-Okowa ticket.

The Member Representing Warri Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives and PDP candidate for 2023 Warri Rep, Hon. Chief Dr. Thomas Ereyitomi, all PDP candidates, Chairman of Warri South LGA, Dr. Michael Tidi, PDP Chairman, Chief Kingsley Esiso, Deputy Chairman PDP Delta State and PDP Chairman Warri South were among those that spoke to supporters at the Warri PDP rally.
