Bosin Congratulates Elder Sobotie, on His Appointment as Chairman Nigerian Institute of Oil Palm Research
Chief (Barr.) Ebikeme Bosin, Chairman Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority has extended his congratulatory message to Elder Omeni Sobotie on his appointment as the Chairman of the Governing Board of the Nigerian Institute of Oil Palm Research. In his excitement, Chief Ebikeme Bosin praised Sobotie of his exceptional leadership qualities and devotion as exemplified in his tenure of service as APC State Party Chairman in Delta State.
