Dr. Agbolaya pays tribute to departed former Delta Deputy Governor Prof Utuama

The Special Adviser to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State on Community Development, Ambassador Dr. Toyin Orighomisan Agbolaya JP has paid tribute to departed former Delta State Deputy Governor Prof Amos Utuama (SAN) who passed on at 77, Saturday November 2 2024.
Dr. Agbolaya described Prof. Utuama as a great Man whose legacies lives on from Academics to Politics both on religious angle as well as community leadership and development across Delta State, Nigeria and the whole world.
The Governor’s Special Adviser continued by saying that the late legal Icon was a man who followed whatever he believed tenaciously to a logical conclusion and was a father to all.
While eulogizing Prof Utuama, Dr. Agbolaya pointed out that the former deputy governor gave his best to the growth of his Ughievwen people, the Urhobo nation and Delta State especially on quality leadership and peace building.
The Special Adviser expressed heartfelt condolence to the family, Children and prayed God to comfort and give them the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss.
