ICC felicitates with Comrade Ochei on his appointment as Private Secretary To DTHA Majority Leader
Indigenous Correspondents Chapel ICC, Asaba, Congratulates one of its very own, Comrade Patrick Ochei, who was recently appointed as Private Secretary to the Member representing Aniocha North Constituency, Hon Engr Emeka Nwaobi, who doubles as the Majority Leader of Delta state house of Assembly DTHA.
