NPFL: Lobi Stars relegated from Nigeria premier league
Following their 2-0 defeat in Kano, Lobi Stars FC have become the first side to be relegated from the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL this season.
The Makurdi-based side suffer relegation for the first time ever in their illustrious history, ending a run of 27 consecutive seasons in the top division
This is the third-longest such run in the NPFL, league.
