The Special Adviser to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State on Community Development, Amb. Dr. Toyin Agbolaya, JP, says the Vanguard Award for Good Governance given to his boss, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, speaks volumes of the exceptional leadership qualities displayed by the governor.
Dr. Agbolaya notes that the Vanguard Newspaper Award to Governor Oborevwori was in recognition of Oborevwori’s exemplary and transformative initiatives across Delta State.
The award ceremony, which was held in Lagos, Nigeria, on Friday, April 11, was the 13th Annual Vanguard Personality of the Year edition, aimed at celebrating public officials who have excelled in public service, infrastructural development, economic transformation, and leadership that prioritizes the needs of the people.
