Take Stance On Presidential Race now, Turnah challenges, Diri

As the 2027 Presidential race drew closer, political gladiators have began to align and re-align in Bayelsa state to achieve set goals.
The most recent re-alignment was the Pro-Wike Socio Political Organization under the auspices of The New Associate whose Inauguration was done in Yenagoa the Bayelsa state Capital in full support and solidarity for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
Addressing the mammoth crowd shortly after the Inauguration, the Convener of Bayelsa state chapter, Barr. George Turnah called on Governor Douye Diri to declare his intension towards the 2027 presidential race known.
According to the state convener George Turnah “How can a leader who did not border about his people, when we are here he sent people to shoot at us, also as we are here they shoot the venue for the reception “George Turnah, Diri should take his stand for Presidential race”.
Also speaking at the program the convener Rivers chapter Hon Rowland Sekibo Chairman of the program stressed that the Rivers Ijaw people should be grateful to FCT Minister Barr. Ezenwo Wike for giving Ijaw people a governor he also used the medium to call on Bayelsans to support the FCT minister Ezenwo Wike for his good works in the Niger Delta.
In his remarks father of the day Professor Herey Ogeri who give reasons why Bayelsans Ijaw should support Barr Ezenwo Wike stated that he has been of help to the Ijaw people, one who developed Rivers state and now FCT.
