Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State / Vice Presidential Candidate on Youth Mobilization, Chief David Seikiri Ugedi says the governorship ambitious of the Speaker Delta State House of Assembly and the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party , PDP, Rt. Hon. Chief Sheriff Oborevwori is a settled and done deal.
Chief Ugedi made this position known Friday October 21, 2022, while reacting to the victory of Chief Oborevwori over the Supreme Court Judgement that settled the issue of who to fly the PDP governorship flag in the state which has lingered in court for some months, He commended the judiciary for protecting democracy and for being firm to dispensing of justice in Nigeria.
Chief David Seikiri Ugedi , a Chieftain of the PDP in Opuama, Egbema Kingdom, Warri North LGA, stressed the need for all aggrieved members to come together and work for the success of the PDP in the forthcoming 2023 general elections , noting that they will make sure PDP retain the governorship of the state as well win the Presidential election and all other seats contested by all PDP candidates.
The Special Assistant on Youth mobilizer to Governor, described the Supreme Court verdict as divine work of God to make Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori recognize that God is in charge of his matter, therefore he is coasting to victory in 2023 poll.
Chief Ugedi who is also the Bebetebefiewei of egbema kingdom ( the truth speaker of the kingdom) used the opportunity to congratulate his Boss, Governor Okowa on his Honour as Commander Order of the Niger , CON by President Buhari, describing it as a testament to hardwork prudent management of the state resources.
The Warri North PDP Chieftain eulogized
Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori who also happens to be the longest serving Speaker of the Delta Assembly for his victory at the apex Court in the country.
He also praised all PDP faithful for their resilience and support to the PDP candidate and VP Candidate of the PDP in 2023 assuring that massive mobilization will be embarked upon to turn out greater number of votes going forward in the elections.
