Just recently, Apostle Chibuzor demonstrated his unwavering dedication by facilitating the attraction of a $2 billion fiber optic infrastructure project to Abia. Through his network and influence, he brought the West Indian Ocean Cable Company (WIOCC) into partnership with the Abia State Government. This partnership, cemented with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), will deliver cutting-edge fiber optic infrastructure across all 17 Local Government Areas (LGAs), connecting major cities like Aba, Umuahia, and Ohafia.
