Forces against Dr. Olajire will stop at nothing
By Caleb Osu
In the past couple of weeks, the public space has been awash with media trials of the distinguished Director of Media and communication director of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) Dr. Ademola Olajire and it is amusing that the erranders that were sponsored and bankrolled to tarnish the image of an innocent man, don’t know how to do this hatchet job perfectly.
Nigerians football stakeholders are concerned and worried about the sudden hatred for Dr. Olajire by these unknown characters.
These confused distractors have not initiated anything new apart from thriving on unsubstantiated lies and fallacies against Dr. Olajire.
However, the seemingly condescending manner at which these desperados are rolling their last dice will surely lead them to perdition.
These warmongers with their rhetorical repetition of threats and blackmail have a lot to lose hence they have no other option than to wash their dirty, filthy rags in public.
Dr. Ademola Olajire through well meaning colleagues has debunked all these allegations overwhelmingly and he won’t roll in the mud with these classless and mannerless set of blackmailers.
To set the records straight, Dr. Olajire has said it on many occasions that he is not desperate to be the chief scribe of the nation’s football house, a position that is not even vacant as at present, so why are these distractors hastily announcing his candidacy?
Rather than come up with facts, they think employing media trial against Dr. Olajire will automatically elevate their candidate, forgetting that there is due process in place and not by unethical practices to give their Oga the top seat at the football house.
Dr. Olajire is qualified by all standards and he is suitable to be considered as Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Secretary General.
Recently, different publications in agreement with Dr. Olajire delved into relevancies that have direct correlation with the situation at hand yet the naysayers won’t buy the truth even if it is for free.
For these travellers, and their cohorts, the NFF Statute mandates is supreme and not for one desperate man to dictate, the requirements are there, rules are rules.
So, if nobody is afraid of Dr. Olajire or attempting to pull him down over a position that is not yet vacant, then why slandering his reputation with this needless media trial.
The Federal Government won’t allow desperados to occupy the office of the general secretary of the Nigerian Football Federation. This is what will actually destroy our football if such a wish is granted.
In his illustrious career as a professional journalist and a career civil servant, Dr. Olajire has never stepped on any toes rather, he has groomed many people for leadership positions without asking for any gratifications.
No matter how these goons roll their dice, it will end up in jeopardy.
A horse may be prepared for the days of battle but safety is of the Lord.
